The candles in this series are made using 3D scans taken from different US monuments. In effect, the monuments have been miniaturized, multiplied, and returned to the malleable (wax) form they had before being cast in bronze. The Wax Monument VI (Rushmore) is made in the form of Mount Rushmore in South Dakota.
