Creora® is a spandex with high power and excellent heat resistance, which maintains its fabric power even setting at high temperature or re-dyeing. In particular, this offers outstanding deeper color and better fastness, dyed with disperse dye stuff. Additionally, even the yarn is thin(fine denier), it provides good performance including high power and better heat resistance.

Bonded

A thick padded material created by stitching three layers together: top quilting, insulating and the back material. The thick layers also help to retain warmth.

Grin-Through Reduction

Grin-though is an effect caused by stretching of the substrate, that causes spandex to loose color when colored fabric is elongated. Reduced grin-through make colors look deeper and more vivid.

Thermal Resistance

The thermal conductivity of a material is a measure of its ability to conduct heat. Heat transfer occurs at a lower rate in materials of low thermal conductivity than in materials of high thermal conductivity. Correspondingly, materials of high thermal conductivity are widely used in heat sink applications, and materials of low thermal conductivity are used as thermal insulation. The reciprocal of thermal conductivity is called thermal resistivity.

Durable Chlorine Resistance

Designed to overcome spandex’s vulnerability to damage by chlorine. It prevents spandex degradation by the chlorine element used for swimming pool sterilization and the chlorine bleach used for laundry washing and processing. It is applied to swimwear and improves fabric durability.
